By the end of the session, managers will be able to:

1)     Demonstrate understanding of mental health and well-being at workplace

2)     Understand and identify some of the most common mental health issues/problems at workplace.

3)     Have knowledge of workplace adjustments which can be made to help an employee with a mental health problem

4)      Explain the role and responsibilities of managers/supervisors in management of mental health at workplace

5)     Facilitate the process of creating a good interpersonal relationship between supervisors and supervisees which encourages conversations about mental health


By the end of the awareness session, participants will be able to:

1)     Demonstrate understanding of mental health and well-being

2)     Understand and identify some of the most common mental health issues/problems at workplace.

3)     Understand common triggers of poor mental health

4)     Recognize signs and symptoms of mental health issues in the workplace.

5)     Understand practical tips on improving and maintaining mental health

 6)     Promote and demonstrate positive attitudes towards staff members experiencing mental health problems
